and experience
I came to the Emirates in 2018 and stayed. I led the UAE offices of Martínez-Echevarría and RLD, and have worked with listed companies, investment groups and families arriving in this country for the first time.
Over these years I have seen the arrival of VAT and Corporate Tax and the tightening of anti-money laundering obligations (AML/CFT), and I have made sure my clients were up to date with every change before it became a problem. That judgement is what defines my work.
